Where is our society going?

We are passig a hard time now. Everyday opening the newspaper violence against women or girls is seen. How cruel we have become! How can a man of 42 rape a 5 year-old-girl child and captivate in a bloody condition?
Intelligence,  conscience, ethics are getting loose among the brutes engaging themselves doing such animalities.
